I am SO pleased with the AMAZING service I received from the sweetheart working the drive thru today around 3:20pm, she and Cameron R, we're incredible! the entire store truly stood behind giving my order the absolute best because the customer service rocked, waiting time was short, and our food made to PERFECTION
I come to this location about once-a-week. The food is somewhat pricey; The food quality is about average. I have talked to the manager of this location a couple of times. The manager seems conscious and wants to deliver a good product to his customers. My experience with the staff on swing shift was pleasant; the staff works hard. Not much more to add. I give this location 4 stars.
Area is iffy but looks can be deceiving. We came by on a Sunday afternoon and just went for the drive thru. There were a lot of open spots so we just parked to eat the food hot. I tried the Cheesy Bacon Sonic Stack. Not bad. Its heavy fast food for sure. Just what I expected. Tator tots were crispy but could've been crispier for my taste. Mozzerella sticks were made just right. The cheese stretched and was hot. They also gave plenty of sauce for our order. And all different types of sauces. Didnt even have to ask. Cashier and other staff were really nice and helpful. We had some questions in regards to food allergies in our party and the cashier made it a point to check and inquire for us. She was very sincere and nice. That goes a long way. Thank you so much!
